Unit works perfectly. No noticeable scratches, on the front and screen, sides or back/battery cover. Possible presence of micro scratches on the screen that are not visible. Cosmetic condition like new.

Fully functional. These units will have general wear from normal use. The device may have a few scratches, nicks, or blemishes on the front & screen, sides, or back side/battery cover.

Functional unit. Cracked screen or housing, liquid damage, gaps between housing, scratches, dirt and dust under the LCD screen. Additionally, the software originally installed on the drive may have been rooted, and there may be potential issues related to charging or battery life on the phones.
